Our new motor mount has a built in clamp to ensure positive clamping and easy removal of any of our motors. They are made from glass filled nylon and are almost indestructible yet light weight.
From now on all our kits and motors will be supplied with the new clamp tubes rather than the carbon tubes as used until now. Continuing our tradition of being one of the only manufactures to supply a adequate light weight mount as standard.

Due to demand we have designed a larger version of the 2C-20-310. This motor uses two stators back to back to create more than twice the power. Tests have shown this motor can easily produce 700 grams of thrust using a GWS 9x4.7 prop and 3 cell lipoly Nicad/NIMH. Yet this motor weighs an incredible 38 grams, that's lighter than most other manufactures indoor motors.

As with the Shock flyer type this motor is available in kit form. This comprises of all the components necessary to build the motor. This motor follows the theme of allowing the modeler to experiment with building their own motor. Without having to source all the individual components.

Construction takes a couple of evenings following the step by step color photo instructions.

The bell assembly is slightly larger diameter than the 2C-20-310 and uses 2mm thick magnets. Mounting is the same as with the 2C-20-310 using either carbon tube of flange mount.

The motor is designed to allow to be dissembled and rewound indefinitely.

Here you see installed in a full size zagi using the 8x4.7 prop. Maximum trust is 700 grams at 14.1 amps and 600 grams at 10 amps using this setup. A standard speed 400 using a5x5 carbon gunther gives 320 grams at 13.6 amps on a 8 cell Nicad.

Please note Because this motor is so versatile, initially we will be supplying in kit form with a wire of your choice.
